How Dog House Ventures handles information provided through this website, beta testing, support, and Investment Vault.
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Dog House Ventures LLC (“Dog House Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with this website, beta-testing applications, support communications, and the Investment Vault product.
This website is static and does not include forms, account systems, analytics trackers, or cookies placed by Dog House Ventures for tracking purposes.
Local processing by Investment Vault
Investment Vault processes supported records locally on your device. Dog House Ventures does not receive those imported records through the app.
Confirmed ownership events, integrity checks, audit history, and chain-of-custody records associated with locally processed files remain under the user’s control on the device where Investment Vault is used, except to the extent you choose to export or send materials yourself.
Information sent voluntarily by email
We may receive information you voluntarily provide through email or a beta-testing application, such as your name, email address, and message. That information is provided directly by you through those channels and is not submitted through a form on this website.
Beta-testing information
If you apply to participate in Investment Vault beta testing, we may receive information needed to review your application and communicate with you about eligibility, scheduling, feedback, and product updates. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Beta access is limited.
Hosting-provider technical data
The hosting provider that serves this website may automatically process limited technical data such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or access logs under the provider’s own privacy practices. Dog House Ventures does not claim that hosting providers process nothing.
How information is used
Information you voluntarily provide is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate beta applications, provide support, communicate product updates related to your request, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We may rely on limited service providers necessary to operate this website or communicate with you, such as website hosting providers and email service providers. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. For example, email you send to us is transmitted through email infrastructure and is not processed locally on this website.
Retention
We retain voluntarily provided communications and beta-application information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support follow-up, beta coordination, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the communication.
Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of a static public website and direct email communications. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security.
User choices
Because this website does not use accounts, forms, or Dog House Ventures–controlled analytics cookies, most interactions occur only if you choose to email us or apply for beta testing. You may choose not to provide information. If you have already contacted us, you may ask us to update or delete information we hold from those communications, subject to legal retention needs.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of information you previously sent by email or through a beta application, contact us at doghouseventuresllc@protonmail.com. We will take reasonable steps to delete information under our control. We cannot guarantee deletion from every third-party system, including email providers or hosting providers that independently retain technical logs.
Children’s privacy
This website and Investment Vault are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes notice of the revised policy for website visitors.
